1. Introduction
Welcome to Unity Challenger League (UCL), organized by Unity For Humanity (NGO) and RTKD Charitable Trust. By accessing or using our website https://uclsports.com and participating in our programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
i. Participants must be aged 12 years or older.
ii. Minors (under 18 years) must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.
iii. Participants must be Indian citizens or legal residents.
3. Registration and Fees
- Registration for the National Camp requires a fee of ₹600.
- Selected players from the camp will be eligible to participate in the UCL Season 3 League by paying an additional fee of ₹4,000.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
4. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:
a. Demonstrate sportsmanship and respect towards coaches, officials, peers, and opponents.
b. Adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by UCL.
c. Abstain from any form of misconduct, including but not limited to cheating, harassment, or substance abuse.
5. Health and Safety
1. Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate.
2. UCL reserves the right to disqualify any participant deemed unfit for participation.
6. Intellectual Property
a. All content on the UCL website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of UCL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
b. Unauthorized use of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
i. UCL is not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during participation in our programs.
ii. Participants engage in activities at their own risk.
8. Privacy Policyy
1. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for administrative and communication purposes related to UCL events.
2. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without consent
9. Amendments
a. UCL reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
b. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
