Introduction
At Unity Challenger League (UCL), we are committed to maintaining transparency in all our processes, including registrations and payments. Please read this policy carefully before registering for any of our events, camps, or leagues.
No Cancellation or Refund Policy
Once the registration process is completed and the payment is successfully made, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be allowed under any circumstances. This applies to:
i. National Camp registrations
ii. League participation fees
iii. Any other event or program organized by UCL
By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Exceptional Situations
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, in the rare case of event cancellation by UCL due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, government regulations, or force majeure), participants will be notified promptly and offered:
i. A rescheduled event date (if applicable), or
ii. A credit that may be applied to a future UCL event
iii. Please note, no monetary refunds will be issued even in these cases.
